Product: D-Wellness Day & Night Therapy — 20 XL Pain Relieving Patches (12 × 18 cm). Each box contains 10 daytime cooling patches and 10 nighttime heating patches.

Day / Cooling Pain Relieving Patch

Active ingredients (in each patch) — Purpose

Methyl Salicylate 10.0% — Topical analgesic
Menthol 6.0% — Topical analgesic
Camphor 3.1% — Topical analgesic

Uses: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

Allergy alert: If prone to allergic reaction from aspirin or salicylates, consult a doctor before use.

Inactive ingredients: Sunflower Extract, Rhubarb Extract, Myrrh Gum, Natural Rubber, Zinc Oxide, Adhesive.

Night / Heating Pain Relieving Patch

Active ingredients (in each patch) — Purpose

Capsaicin 0.025% — Topical analgesic
Menthol 1.5% — Topical analgesic

Uses: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

Inactive ingredients: Arnica Extract, Aloe Vera Extract, Sunflower Extract, Rhubarb Extract, Myrrh Gum, Natural Rubber, Zinc Oxide, Adhesive.

Warnings for both patches

For external use only.
Do not use on wounds or damaged skin, with a heating pad, or if you are allergic to any ingredient.
Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly.
Discontinue use at least 1 hour before bathing or showering. Do not use immediately after bathing or showering.
Stop use and ask a doctor if redness, itching, rash, excessive irritation, burning sensation, swelling, or blistering occurs; if the condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days; or if symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the patch from the film and apply to skin. Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Remove the patch from skin after at most 8 hours.
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.
