Eligibility and business purchases
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract. Wholesale orders are intended for legitimate business customers, including independent agents and retailers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, tax, and delivery information.
Products and Drug Facts
Product descriptions and images are provided for general information. Always read the physical product label before use. Topical analgesic patches are intended only for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains described on the label and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop use and seek medical help as directed by the label. Nothing on this store should be understood as a claim of FDA approval.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Wholesale prices depend on the selected case quantity. Prices, availability, and offers may change before an order is accepted. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
Shipping and returns
Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. No return may be sent without prior authorization.
Reseller responsibilities
Resellers are responsible for any licenses, permits, resale certificates, taxes, product-storage practices, and consumer disclosures required for their activities. Resellers must preserve labels, lot information, expiration information, warnings, and instructions; must not make unauthorized medical or regulatory claims; and must market products in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, use false information, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Intellectual property
The D-Wellness name, logos, product images, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to DW Support LLC and may not be used without permission except as allowed by law or an applicable reseller agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DW Support LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
