Does the patch stay securely in place, and is it comfortable to wear?
For better adhesion, apply the patch to clean, completely dry skin without creams or oils. Adhesion and comfort may vary depending on the area of the body, movement, perspiration, and skin type.
How should I use the product for the first time?
As a practical precaution, first-time users may begin by wearing the patch for a shorter period of 2 to 3 hours to observe how their skin responds.
If no redness, itching, rash, excessive irritation, burning, swelling, or blistering occurs, you may gradually increase the wearing time during subsequent uses according to your tolerance, without exceeding a maximum of 8 hours per application.
Stop use and consult a doctor if any skin reaction occurs. Always read and follow the Drug Facts label.
How long does the cooling or warming sensation last?
The intensity and duration of the sensation may vary from person to person. Use the patch only as directed and remove it after a maximum of 8 hours.
The 8-hour limit refers to the maximum wearing time per application; it does not mean that the sensation will remain at the same intensity throughout the entire period.
Why does the package include both cooling and warming patches?
The Day & Night package allows you to choose between a cooling sensation and a warming sensation based on your preference and the occasion.
You receive 20 cooling patches and 20 warming patches, for a total of 40 XL patches.
What size is each XL patch?
Each patch measures 12 × 18 cm, approximately 4.7 × 7.1 inches, with a total surface area of 216 cm². Its XL format is designed to cover larger areas of the body.
How are the patches packaged, and how should they be stored?
Each patch comes in its own individually sealed pouch, allowing you to open only the patch you intend to use while the remaining patches stay protected in their sealed packaging.
Keep unused patches in their sealed pouches and store the boxes according to the conditions stated on the packaging. Always refer to the expiration date printed on each box.
